Stephanie Bio

Stephanie was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and landed permanently in Colorado after falling in love with the state while attending the University of Colorado-Boulder. Stephanie played competitive tennis through high school and college and continues playing tennis today as a member of the Colorado Springs Racquet Club. Stephanie likes to spend time exploring the Colorado outdoors with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Ari. Summertime hiking and alpine skiing in the winter occupy her free weekends. Stephanie thinks there is nothing better than a home cooked meal with food from her own garden! Digging in the dirt, making pottery, exercising, spending time outside and in the company of animals are where she finds her peace. Over the last few years, she has become an enthusiast of raising backyard hens and urban farming.

Stephanie believes in the regenerative capacity of the body and is passionate about using Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine to help people achieve their personal, professional, and family goals without pain and suffering.

Academically, prior to achieving a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine she focused her efforts on studying human anatomy, toxicology, drug metabolism, neuroscience and reproductive endocrinology. Stephanie has experience treating elite athletes as well as “weekend warriors” with musculoskeletal pain and injury and understands the journey of healing from her own trauma and post- surgical recovery. She believes acupuncture should be part of any recovery process and the foundation for maintaining health and wellbeing. Working alongside Dr. Diane Cridennda and the CNY Fertility team is the perfect way for her to integrate eastern and western medicine while helping people achieve their full potential, whether it is for creating a family, athletic performance, living without pain or simply having a better sense of wellbeing.
