Like women men need to have adequate circulation to the pelvis, erections work with blood flow! Viagra has nothing on chinese medicine. As well in TCM we often see poor digestion as one of the contributing factors to enlarged prostate. When digestion is not optimal food sits around and creates a watery fluid, (edema at time is caused by poor digestion Spleen function. After a while our body heat “cooks” this water stagnated fluid and becomes a mucous like substance. Because of gravity, the damp stagnation will drain down into the pelvis and cause inflammation and enlarged prostate.
